PM Risk and Procurement

PM: Risk and Procurement uses an assigned case study to illustrate application of the key Risk and Procurement processes described in the PMBOK Guide - Sixth Edition. The Risk Management processes covered include Plan Risk Management, Identify Risks, Perform Qualitative Risk Analysis, Perform Quantitative Risk Analysis, Plan Risk Responses, and Monitor Risks. The Procurement Management processes covered include Plan Procurement Management, Conduct Procurements, Control Procurements, and Close Procurements.

This course can also be taken as a stand-alone course or part of the Project Management Certificate.
