Law for Non-Profits - Ponoka

Managers in non-profit organizations must understand the legal responsibilities of the organization. In this course, students will examine a broad range of risk management issues that have direct application to the non-profit sector, including CRA rules, Alberta Gaming Commission, conflicts of interest, and human resource laws. They will explore a risk management process that has direct application to non-profit organizations.

This course can also be taken as part of the Non-Profit Management Certificate.
