Put quotes around words you want to search as a phrase
example:
managed health care
should be searched as:
"managed health care"
Use AND between words when you want all of them included in your search
example:
children and divorce
Use OR between words when you want any or all of them to be included in your search
example:
adolescent or adolescents or youth or teenager or teenagers
Use truncation to find variant endings of a word
example:
advertis? will find advertise, advertising, advertisement...
