All registered students, faculty members, and staff of Red Deer College, as well as City University students, can access our article databases, eBooks, and eResources from off-campus.

If you are off-campus, you will be prompted to enter your 13-digit library barcode number as found on your iCard and your NEOS PIN. You should NOT be asked for any other user name or password.

If you are unable to access a resource from home,
please contact the Library Information Desk at (403) 342-3152 during Library Hours.

If you are not one of the users listed above, you will not be able to access the article databases from off-campus. However, you may continue to use all other parts of the tutorial.
