There are two ways to request items for Interlibrary Loan:
1. If you are searching article databases through the Red Deer College website and you are not able to locate the item you are looking for:
- Select the Find It button.
- Select the Red Deer College - Interlibrary Loan link.
- Enter your 13-digit library barcode number and NEOS PIN.
The information from your search will automatically be included into your request, as will your personal information.
- Ensure that the information is correct.
- Select the submit button.
2. If you are not in an article database, but have a citation for a book or article, you can check if we have it. For a book, check in the Library Catalogue. For an article, go to the Articles page on the Library Website and click on Journal Title.
If we don't have it, make a request from our Interlibrary Loans page on our website. You will receive e-mail notification when the requested material arrives.
